Following from our recently completed apartments at Parkfields, Clowne - we are undertaking the 29 apartment refurbishment scheme at Valley View, Bolsover for the same end client – Bolsover District Council.
The scheme consists of complete refurbishment of Gas Fired Boiler plant and District Heating Services to serve individual Heat interface units within each apartment. Each Apartment is completely refurbished with new Shower room , Kitchen and Central Heating. Phase 1 works are scheduled to complete early Spring 2023.- with Phase 2 continuing until Autumn 2023.
