Arc Mechanical & Electrical Ltd are a fully integrated, privately owned building services engineering business. We have grown year upon year both in turnover and geographical spread and proudly trade with no financial borrowings.
Always passionate about completing projects to the highest standards, our company ethos is very much focused upon project delivery and client expectation, and it is this that has enabled us to enter long term strategic partnerships with some of the biggest client firms in the industry.
Our strength in the marketplace is and will always be built upon the quality of our staff; the exceptional levels of service they provide and the seamless way that we integrate with the client team. This is evidenced by the high volume of repeat business we achieve through recommendation, word of mouth and repeat orders.
We offer staff training at all levels right through to professional recognition. Our company has extensive CAD capabilities enabling us to take ‘lead coordination’ role on all major projects. We complement our engineering teams on site with qualified project Managers, design engineers, and supervisors, as well as commissioning and close out managers.

Arc was first thought about in October 2010 when Directors Lewis Kirkman and Neil Else were driving back from a meeting with the Westfield team to discuss the 2012 Olympics Delivery.
It was on the drive home the idea was shared and the company was agreed with many meetings following with partners to discuss the business Plan
It was in February 2011 that both Lewis & Neil left their former Employer T.Clarke Plc to start the adventure and success of Arc Mechanical & Electrical Ltd
Arc now employ up to 50 people including Office Administration, Project Management , M&E Engineers and invest in the future with the JTL Training scheme for Electrical & Mechanical Apprentices
The Company now carrying out M&E Building Services Delivery to all sectors of Construction to a Value of 2.0million and carrying out Facilities management for Blue Chip Clients from their Head Office on Pride Park, Derby
Although the growth in Turnover to £8.0miilion in the last year both Lewis & Neil keep a hands on approach with the estimating and the running of contracts as well as overseeing the running and growth of the business plan
